EU Contract Withdrawal for Magento 2

Make EU withdrawal requests easy to submit and easy to handle. This Magento 2 module adds an online statement workflow for distance contracts — from the storefront form to your sales team inbox and admin panel.

What does the module do?
It provides a public online form where customers can declare withdrawal from a distance contract. Logged-in shoppers can pick one of their last 30 orders to prefill details and items; guests can enter an order number and order email. Submission is confirmed on a second step, then stored and emailed. In the admin you manage requests, status, refund amount notes, reasons, and product statistics.

Review legal texts, timelines, and refund procedures with your counsel. IBAN validation in this release expects Polish PL account numbers. Refund of payment and invoices/credit notes remain your existing Magento / finance process.

Installation overview
Place the module under app/code/Septsite/Euwithdrawal, then enable it and run Magento setup upgrade and cache flush. In production, also run DI compile and static content deploy for your locales. Configure under Stores → Configuration → Septsite → Contract withdrawals.
