§ 3 Type and Scope of Services

All Products are delivered in digital form (for download).

The Seller also provides electronic services, in particular enabling Customers to:

  • browse the Store's offering,

  • use the Customer Account.

§ 4 Technical Requirements

To properly use the Store, the Customer should have:

§ 5 Placing Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Customer selects a Product, adds it to the cart, provides the data required to process the order, and chooses a payment method.

The sales agreement is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the order (by sending a confirmation e-mail).

For digital Products, the agreement is performed immediately after the payment has been credited – the Customer receives a download link or access to the file.

§ 6 Prices and Payment Methods

Prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).

Available payment methods: Stripe and Przelewy24.

Transactions are settled through an external payment operator.

A receipt or VAT invoice is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided in the order.

§ 7 Delivery of Digital Content

The Product is delivered electronically – by sending a download link or making the file available in the Customer's panel.

Access to the Product is granted immediately after successful payment authorization (usually within a few minutes).

The Customer undertakes to download the Product within 30 days of receiving the link. After this period, the link may expire (it may be resent upon request).

§ 8 License and Copyright

The Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on a single installation/store (unless stated otherwise in the Product description).

The following is prohibited:

  • copying, modifying, and reselling the Product,
  • removing copyright notices,
  • making the Product available to third parties.

Violation of the license terms results in liability for damages.

The Seller provides the Customer with free updates to the purchased Product for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Updates include compatibility fixes for the current versions of the platforms (PrestaShop, OpenMage/Magento 1, Magento 2) and bug fixes. After this period, further updates may require purchasing a support extension.

§ 9 Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement after downloading or beginning to download digital content, if the Customer consented to the performance of the service before it began and was informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

If the Customer has not yet downloaded the Product, they have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

§ 10 Complaints and Non-Conformity with the Agreement

The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the Product with the agreement under statutory warranty rules (2 years).

The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days.

If the complaint is accepted, the Seller may provide a new version of the Product or issue a refund.
